Beyond limit rate is what we charge if you exceed the maintenance time of your plan
What’s included?
Development
Changes to code, additional features on request, or modifications such as:
- Changing bot responses. (Text, colour, visuals).
- Modifying command options.
- Adding to or updating your bot.
We recommend sending bulk requests for development changes. This saves us time and you money, as unused monthly time does not roll over to the next month.
Full Support
General help with your bot, troubleshooting, bot setup, and guidance on features. Full contact with our team.
Error Monitoring
Add Error Monitoring and keep your bot stable with our automated error detection systems. This means no issue will go under your radar. This can be useful for bots using older code as it can be prone to crashing.
- Setup cost: €30 (one-time)
- Monthly fee: €20/month
- 1–2 fixes per month are performed using your included maintenance/dev time.
If monitoring detects more issues than your remaining maintenance time, additional fixes are billed at your tier’s beyond-limit rate.
Tweaks
Small one-line code changes like text, colour, or minor visual updates can be purchased separately.
