Minimum usage per request: 15 minutes. Dev tasks minimum per request: 30 minutes.
What’s included
Support: General help with your bot, troubleshooting, setup, and guidance on features. Development: Code changes, new features, or modifications such as:
- Changing bot responses (text, color, visuals)
- Modifying command options
- Adding or updating features
We recommend sending bulk requests for development changes. This saves time and money, as unused monthly time does not roll over to the next month.
Error Monitoring
Keep your bot stable with automated error detection. Setup cost: 30 € (one-time) Monthly fee: 20 € / month
What is this
- We set up error monitoring software for your bot.
- 1–2 fixes per month are performed using your included maintenance/dev time.
If monitoring detects more issues than your remaining maintenance time, additional fixes are billed at your tier’s beyond-limit rate.
Tweaks
Small one-line code changes like text, color, or minor visual updates can be purchased seperately.
