  • Discord: Any data collected by the bot while running in Discord servers is controlled by the customer. Monni Technologies Oy does not access or store Discord user data beyond hosting infrastructure needs or contractual obligations.

  • Cloudflare statistics: retained according to Cloudflare’s policies.

  • Payment records: retained for accounting and tax compliance (typically 6 years in Finland).

  • Other personal data: not stored unless required for invoicing or legal purposes.

Your Rights​

  • Request deletion of your personal data (except where retention is legally required.).
