Ordering a bot from us​

Looking to order a bot? We offer two main options.

Full License​

A lifetime license to use your bot. This license allows you full access to its code to make any changes you like.

Includes​

  • Right to use the bot.
  • Full access and editing rights of the bot's code.
  • Right to change anything related to the bot.
  • 14 day bug fix/change period.
  • Ability to host the bot wherever you want.

Does not Include​

  • Maintenance of the bot through us.
  • Hosting of the bot through us. (Though you can still host with us)

Managed Subscription License​

A monthly subscription option under a limited license. Active as long as you are subscribed. Once the bot is paid off, you can either stay subscribed or convert to a full license for a fee.

Includes​

  • Freedom to use the bot in any servers you own.
  • Hosting through us.
  • Bronze tier maintenance (Bug fixes or tweaks only)
  • Full Staff Support (If you need it)

Does not Include​

  • Ability to host the bot wherever you want.
  • Ability to edit and see the bots code.
  • Full lifetime license.

In some circumstances we may not provide this option, typically for large, expensive demands. Please also note that our subscription license is a year long fixed contract with no cancellation rights. The total price is split into monthly payments during this time and to mitigate risk is overall more expensive than a standard full purchase. After a year it becomes a monthly subscription which can be cancelled at any time or at request, converted to a normal license.

We offer this as we understand lump sum payments are not always possible.

We reserve the right to re-license the bots to others. If this is an issue, we can negotiate an exclusive license for an extra cost.

Price of a typical bot​

Typically our small to medium sized bots are priced at around €200. We tend to charge higher than our competitors as we focus on making bots that last, with code that won't become outdated and is free of bugs. We also offer a quick and reliable delivery being a team, and prioritise availability for communication, which you may not get with sole freelancers.

Furthermore, our bots are built to scale beyond more than a few thousand members, so they will not crash. We are a legitimate company and hence provide proper compliant invoices for accounting, taxes and business records. On top of that, you get a good warranty on the bot and GDPR compliance.

For large bots beyond €800, you can request a digitally signed contract for the bot. For smaller bots, we will invoice you for the cost of the contract signing.

Additional services​

Maintenance​

For monitoring bugs and up-keeping the bot's health. You get our hands on support and long term bug fixes, as well as any bot changes you'd like. Our levels of maintenance differ by contract, which you can read more on here.

Hosting​

If you need to have either one of our bots or another one hosted, we provide a managed hosting service where we take care of all the technical details. See more

Setup​

If you need help with setting up the bot on a discord server or machine server such as a VPS we will provide that. Please contact us for a quote. Depending on the complexity of the task and your maintenance tier this may be included free of charge.
