Licensing existing bot​

If you want to license a existing bot from us you have two options

Full Purchase​

Buy the bot outright and full license rights to it.

Includes​
  • Includes normal license rights to use the bot.
  • 14 day bug fix/change period.
  • Ability to host the bot whereever you want.
  • Ability to edit and see bots code.
Doesn't Include​
  • Maintanence
  • Hosting

Managed Subscription License​

Buy the bot as a service and enjoy the bot at a monthly price

Includes​
  • Limited license to use the bot.
  • Bronze tier maintanence (Development time bug fixes or tweaks only)
  • Support
  • Hosting
  • Freedom to use the bot in servers you own.
Doesn't Include​
  • Ability to host the bot whereever you want.
  • Ability to edit and see bots code.
  • Normal license rights to use the bot.

In cases of existing bots subscription service price is discounted and is monthly subscription which can be cancelled at any time.

Price of a typical bot​

We charge more than some of our competitors typical small to medium sized bot we make costs around 200€. Our price is higher as we focus on making bots that last and have minimal amount of bugs and our bots also are build to scale beyond few thousands members. We also are an legimate company and provide proper compliant invoices for accounting, taxes and bussiness records. on top of that you get a good warranty on the bot.

For large bots beyond 800€ customer can request a digitally signed contract for the bot. For smaller bots we will invoice you for cost of the contract signing.

Modifications​

If the customer requests modifications to existing bot these are charged seperately and itemised invoice is provided. The payment unless over 200€ has to be provided up front otherwise 50% is charged upfront and 50% before final delivery.

Additional services​

Maintanence​

In case you need monitoring for bugs/bot health, hands on support or long term bug fixes and bot changes you will need to buy a maintanence contract. Read more here [new tab link]

Setup​

If you need help with setting up the bot on a discord server or machine server such as vps we can provide that. Please contact us for a quote. Depending on the complexity of task and your maintanence tier this may be included.

Hosting​

If you need to have the bot hosted we provided managed hosting service where we take care of all the technical details.
