We provide a managed Discord Bot hosting service, where we provide and set up bot hosting for you. We also monitor for any issues.
What's included
- Hosting of the bot.
- All the technical details handled for you.
- Uptime monitoring for crashes and other issues, which if detected, we quickly fix.
- Support. You can contact us if the hosting has issues, we usually respond within two business days.
- 99.99% uptime.
- Backups (1 daily backup kept for a week and 1 weekly backup kept for a month. Both replicated to another data centre)
What's not included?
- Bug fixes or changes to bot. (We sell these as a separate maintenance plan)

Pricing
We work out the pricing with you, it typically goes like this:
Setup fee
We charge an initial setup fee for setting up the bot on our infrastructure. The amount depends on your hosting requirements.
Ongoing cost
Our monthly hosting plan starts from €15, and may be increased from there depending on the details of the bot. If the bot requires a more complex setup, more monitoring work, or a higher risk of things going wrong, we may charge further.
If the bot is for a large discord server or used in multiple discord servers our pricing will reflect the increased resource usage.
More backups
Extended retention
Need longer backup retention? Then this may be what you are looking for. Our plans are limited to 20GB. Beyond that, we charge further for usage on a separate agreement.
