We provide a managed discord bot hosting service where we provide hosting, monitoring and other details of hosting.
Whats included
- Hosting of the bot
- All the technical details handled for you
- Uptime monitoring
- Support (Way to contact us if the hosting has issues. Two business day response period)
- 99% uptime
- Backups (1 daily backup kept for a week and 1 weekly backup kept for a month. Both replicated to another data center)
Whats not included
- Bug fixes or changes to bot. (We sell separate maintenance plan)

Cost
Setup fee
We charge a initial setup fee for setting up the bot on our infrastructure
On going cost
Our monthly hosting cost starts from 15€ and goes up from there depending on the details of the bot. If the bot requires more complex setup and from that more monitoring work or higher risk of things going wrong we charge more. Also if the bot is for a large discord server or used in multiple discord servers our pricing will reflect the increased in resource usage.
More backups
Extended retention
Need longer backup retention. Then this may be what you are looking for all plans are limited to 20GB. Beyond that we charge more for usage on a separate agreement.

All plans include 4 restorations a month beyond that they are 15€ a month. We try to provide restoration as fast as possible but we reserve the right to respond within one business day.
