Refund policy

By default, we don't provide refunds unless an agreement with us for a specific service, or the law, gives that right to the customer. This policy doesn't limit your statutory consumer rights. If you have a refund request we are happy to discuss them via email (support@monni.fyi) or in our discord server.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer and bought a service from us online or remotely, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of entering it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to support@monni.fyi.

If you asked us to start the work during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for the work done before you withdrew. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed, if you asked us to start the work and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once the work is complete.

We refund any payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used.
