Earning XP
XP can be given by admins or earned by natural means. This section will explain how natural XP can be set and gained as well as describe the other admin commands and how they can be used.
XP Editing Commands
/edit-xp
This allows you to directly edit the amount of XP a member has. It takes the following arguments.
MEMBER | The person you want to change the XP of.
XP | How much XP you would like to add, or remove, from the balance of the member. You can set a number (47) to add points or a negative number (-47) to remove points.
/set-xp
This allows you to replace the current XP of a member with a new amount. It takes the following arguments.
MEMBER | The person you want to change the XP of.
XP | The amount of XP you would like to set as the new balance for the member. Remember. The difference between the set and edit commands is that: The edit adds and removes, while set overrides and replaces the current value with what you set. Sources
/sources-edit
This command lets you set the ability to passively earn XP for spending time in a VC or for sending a specific amount of messages. It is completely configurable. First you will need to set the TYPE argument to either message or VC. This is to choose which source type you are editing. Both types have two arguments, see below.
MESSAGE mode
REQUIREMENT | The amount of messages needed to be sent to gain XP.
XP | The amount of XP gained when the messages sent requirement is reached.
VC mode
REQUIREMENT | The amount of time needed to be spent in VC to earn XP. Input is based on seconds.
XP | The amount of XP gained when the VC time spent requirement is reached.
